Spooler Service Terminated Unexpectedly

Has anyone had this problem? The printers are all HP Jetdirect using TCP/IP ports. The spooler terminates every 5 minutes with this event error:

Event ID 7031: The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

I have set the service to restart if it fails. Also when the spooler is terminated, all the printers disappear but reappear when to spooler is restarted.

Help!!

Are there any other events in the log that may help? Most importantly those relating to the same service?

No other messages logged.

I have the same problem.
win2000 sp2, running citrix xp sp1.
The spooler stops when I log in with the latest ICA client(6.20.985)
I also get event ID 1103 redirected printing will no longer work.
Also event ID 33, the printqueue container could not be found because the DNS Domain couldn't be retreived.

I am running W2K Pro SP2 Clients with the latest ICA Client as well and getting the same errors any status?
