i'm trying to implement a dialup access to our intranet.

PC----Async---Cisco805----Cisco7200------Intranet

When i make the configuration one interface seems to be spoofing.

I wonder what does spoofing mean? Is the link up or down?

Spoofing means the link is is partially up.. almost like the spinter in the chocks. It helps save time when the link needs to come completely up.
