Spoof caller id outbound to provide a toll free number

I am trying to provide a toll free number as the outbound caller id from a call center. Right now the agents extensions are showing up and i would like return calls to come through this toll free number and not directly to the stations.

Depending on what version you are using, it is "cha isdn pub"

Just fill in the fields and the CPN Prefix is what will be displayed on the outbound call...

I actually did that and I can see from the trace that I am pushing the correct toll-free number, but it is displaying the trunk ID now.
Does that sound like something I need to arrange with the local carrier?

Make sure that "Send Calling Number" is set to yes on your trunk group form.
