Splitting filed

i have field named Udf Gen Id with corresponding Vlaues in Un number for each badge. The table looks like this

I want tow segregate the filed udf gen id with corresponding values:

Badge Number Udf Gen Id Udf Number Formula val Form
for 53 for 54 Va

2365 53 1 53 1 54 0
54 0

2388 53 0 53 0 54 1
54 1

3125 53 1
54 0

Whether splitting is possible. if so how?
