spliting up the backplain on exp300 1

The information you seek is contained in the EXP 300 Installation & Users Guide on page 13. Disconnect power from the unit, remove the Switch card (from the rear, in the center of the unit). On the left side of the switch card, there are 4 internal switches. Switch 3 controls the SCSI bus. Turn it "on", re-install the switch unit, apply power and you're done!
