Split Tunnel Question on PIX 501 - quick how to

Is this as simple as adding in a line like this:

access-list kii_splitTunnelAcl_1 permit ip host 192.168.128.101 any

This would allow the IP address listed above to go to any IP address and not be forced out the VPN tunnel? AKA by pass he proxy server?
