Hello,
I'm a newbie to access and have a little problem on how to proceed.

I have a form with 3 lables and 3 text boxes and a button called search. Users will be able to enter data in one, some, or all textboxes to retrieve data from one table. What I would like to do is to be able to populate the query results below the search criteria I just described. So, in essence, you'll have the searchable fields at the top of the form and at the bottom the form will be blank until you hit search...

Would I need to use subforms for this and how would the query look?

If someone could give a push in the right directions, I'd appreciat it.

Thanks for your time.
