bit of a newbie at VPN's.....
I have got already a Speedtouch 510v4 at home. Now we upgrading to broadband at work (yay!) I am going to get a Speedtouch 610.
Sooo....I want to create a VPN between the two routers so I can browse my office LAN over the internet. I understand that I need a VPN client to do this. However, the reccomended client on the DSLSupport.co.uk web page is no longer in production (SSH Sentinel).
1) Do I definetly need a client to create router-router links? What would be a decent client to use?
2) What additional ports do I need to enable on the firewall at either end?
3) Once they are connected, can I just browse the LAN? At the moment, I have a NT 4.5 server that accepts incoming modem calls that allows this - once I use a router instead, how will this change?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
