It should be at You may need to set it to factory defaults first. Excerpt from
:

With the modem switched on press and hold the Factory Reset button. The Power LED will blink green. Release the Factory Reset button as soon as the Power LED begins to blink. The Factory Reset button is located at the rear of the modem. (See Connecting the Cables) HINT: The button is recessed an you will need a sharp object to press it.

And of course, make sure your PC is plugged straight into the modem.

Sometimes trying to reach it after going through a switch or router can be a problem.

As I mentioned in my post. I tried that address and it didn't work.

Please let me know of any other suggestions.

Thanks,
JJ

JJ,
You're being a bit vague on what you've tried. We've given you two suggestions that you haven't acknowledged - resetting the modem to its defaults, and making sure your PC is connected directly to the modem. Have you tried both?

Also, I suggest you read the PDF manual for the 4100/4200 available here:

Chapter 4 is where you should start. Here are the first few steps:

To establish a connection from your computer to the Router:
1. After installing the Router, start your computer. If your computer is already running, reboot it.
2. Open your Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator Web browser.
3. In the Address bar, enter the default router IP address: and press Enter. This displays the “Gateway Administrator Setup” window.

As you can see, it doesn't tell you to pick an IP address. Also, when it says "router", it's referring to the Speedstream 4200 modem. That PDF has all the screenshots you need as well.
