Basically, AT&T sees errors coming from the NORGCA11 customer side. After a 60 second test, they see 802 Severely Errored Secs, 21 Unavailable Secs.
What you have got to do is clear you equipment. You HAVE to put up a hard loopback from the CA equipment towards Vegas. Your boss will surely let you buy something like a modular adapter form Jensen Tools (pn#404-385 or 404-022) if this is 8wire. This will breakout the pairs, and you will have to take some jumpers to hardloop the line. You disconnect the cable from the router, get SBC on the phone, tell him you are going to hardloop the line towards him, and setup the loopback.
I tend to think you SBC still has a bad repeater. They usually use dual repeaters (2 - T1 circuits per repeater). You will have to hardloop the each of the 3 bad T1's one at a time and prove you do not have a CPE (customer provided equipment), problem.
If you cannot clear this soon, we will have to figure out how to swap emails directly. T1's are expensive, and yours have been in trouble too long.
