Speed Dial CID overide

I am setting up speed dialing on a CICS that has version 6.1 and usually the NAME I enter usually overides the phone company CID name but this is not happening. I set up SD 255 for my cell phone with my name and it still says CELL PHONE CALL instead of what I entered in the CICS for SD code 255.

ANy idea why?
