What phone for an IPO v4.2 would give me the most available speed dial buttons? We use 4621 phones now, but you need to page right or left to access the additional soft buttons. Ideally, we would like a phone where we could program 40 speed dial buttons that can be activated without having to page between screens.

Thanks.

You need a 1616
On the 1616 you can add 3 BM32 modules
So then you have 112 buttons :)
For a 1616 you need to be on 4.2.11
4.2.4 does not support that phone yet

Seriously tlpeter you are amazing. How did you know that he is on 4.2.4?

I don't but he is on 4.2
And 4.2 only has 4 versions right now
So it is very possible he can be on 4.2.4 :)

And i meant: For a 1616 you need to be on 4.2.11 or higher in my last post

I just found the Avaya EU24BL expansion model on Avaya's web site which I believe work with our existing 4621 phones. Any reason not to go with the EU24BL expansion model over the 1616 with BM32 modules to increase the number of available speed dial buttons?

Thanks.

It is a two page BLF 12 on each page. So you would still have to page between screens.

The keys will work no matter which page you are on. Moving between the screens just shows the label assigned to the two rowsof buttons

vaniello, do you realise how big a phone would have to be to have 40 buttons each with their own display line......pretyy big :)

Maybe the PhoneManagerPro application could solve your problem you'll need the pro license to get past the max 15 user on the BLF Tab on the lite version.
