I am looking for help with my Spectel Audio Bridge. Currently I have a ISDN PRI comming from my provider and terminating directly to the audio bridge. Currently my internal user has to dial out to the pstn to come back to use the bridge. Does anyone know how I can go from my Definity 3GS directly to the bridge. I really need help here?

Why don't you terminate the Pri from PSTN to Definity & connect the Definity G3 with Spectel on PRI T1. Route all the calls coming from PSTN on this PRI to Spectel-Definity Link..

:)

Thanks for the response, that is exactly what we want to do. The problem is we did try this and it did not work. Im not sure what we are doing wrong.

Does your T1 comes UP on Definity or not?
Does the T1 on the Spectel comes UP, what exactly is the problem..?

The T1 did come up on the definity as idle in service. The question I have is simply. I want my internal users to dial a 4 digit extension to get to the audio bridge. I dont necessarly need an external ISDN from my carrier to get my internal caller to the bridge or do I? I just want to create a trunk that goes straight to the audio bridge but am unsure how to do this. I would entertain a phone call to you Definity if you were up for hearing what we are trying to do.
