Specifying application pool when deploying a web service

Hi,

Does anybody know how to specify which application pool a Web Service is installed into when using the Web Setup installation template in Visual Studio?

Even better, could that application pool be created on the fly (perhaps in code that will run during the installation process?). I really just want to provide a single MSI file that will do everything.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
