Hi!!!

I'm running Crystal 8.0. I have a main report that has 2 subreports, which I'm calling from VB 6.0.

I am passing Crystal a selection formula, so that only the data that meets that criteria gets returned. But that also applies to the subreports, which I only need to see specific data and not all the data.

How do I accomplish this?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks again, guys!

Cant you pass the same record selection criteria in your subreports individually? I had a similar case and I added the record selection for the main report and sub report individually and it worked fine for me. Are you using any kind of grouping in your reports?

Let me try that, and I'll let you know...

Thanks

Ok, I tried it and when it tries to open the main report, I get a "Not enough memory for operation" error. Do you know why is that?

I am not grouping in any of the reports. And the record selection for each subreport apparently worked, since I didn't get any errors.

Suggestions, please?

Thanks

Thanks, K, but it didn't work! I still get the error, and that link, does not help much since I am in VB 6.0. :-(

Any other suggestion??

Thanks again.

Sorry, that is all I could find. Maybe someone else can help you with this issue.

Good Luck!

I dont know if this helps but I did a keyword search here on tek-tips for "Not enough memory for operation" and founds some threads. You might want to take a look at those.

Here is an example.
