Special VB.NET Framework????

Forgive me in advance if I'm asking a silly question as I haven't used VB.NET yet.

Does anyone know of any 3rd party products that exist for VB.NET that have a comprehensive framework for rapid application development (outside of the framwork that comes with VB.NET)? Currently, we use Visual FoxPro with a product called Visual MaxFrame that has many classes already created. An example would be data entry forms that have save, add, and delete buttons. All of the coding with additional functionality has been created and then we're able to take these classes and add some customization according to what the user reqeusts. It gives a similar look and feel to everything we create.

Any 3rd party products exist like this for VB.NET?
