Has anybody turned on Special Application Feature SA8983 - Replace CPN when calls forwarded off-net?
I have turned this on but when I make a call to an extension which is forwarded externally I still see the calling party number instead of the stations DDI number on my external device.
Example:
Call comes in from 01234 567 890 to extension 4321 which is on forward to 07XXX XXX XXX, the CLI which shows on 07XXX XXX XXX is 01234 567 890 instead of the DDI of extension 4321.
Do I need to check any other options?
