SPAN setup on 4006 switch??

I need to set up SPAN on my 4006 switch, where my monitor/sniffer will be Websense on port 3/20 and I want to monitor all traffic from VLAN "internal" but I am not sure how to configure this.

Can someone help with the appropriate commands please? Thanks in advance.

If you are using the IOS supervisor module, here are the two commands.

From global config mode:

monitor session 1 source vlan (VLAN ID)
monitor session 1 destination interface gig3/20
