SPAM Filter software

What is a great spam filtering software package that will work great with Norton Antivirus for Exchange. I want one that uses Realtime Black Lists. Can anyone help me out.

Try Mail Washer. One of the best that I have seen so far.
We use it at our office and it works like a charm.

Does Mail Washer have to be installed on everyones desktop? It seems to me it can't just run with exchange server and filter email as it comes up with

It would need to be installed per system.

If you are an enterprise edition customer, you should be receiving the latest SMTP gateway software soon. It is supposed to support blacklists whitelists and heuristics for spam filtering.
The current version, which I am running now, supports subject line and extension filtering, as well as anti-virus.

I am looking forward to installing the new version next week.
