I'd appreciate it if someone could help me on this one.

I have a table in Access where all record entries in all fields have a space at the end of them. For example, "Smith " instead of "Smith" or "100 Main Street " instead of "100 Main Street". Is there an easy way to drop the extra space at the end of each entry?

Picture me using the backspace key about a zillion times while you write your helpful and much appreciated, response.

Thanks!

UPDATE yourTable SET field1=Trim(field1),field2=Trim(field2)

Hope This Helps, PH.

PHV,

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction! My table is now "fixed".
