SP4 upgrade question

Hi, we have 4 64bit servers running the 64bit MS SQL2000 SP3a. We are going to upgrade one of the 64bit servers to SP4, this server houses our test environment.

We publish (thru citrix) Enterprise Manager, which is NOT installed on the 64bit boxes but on 32 bit servers. My question is do i need to upgrade the Client tools (Enterprise Manager) on the citrix servers?

There are a number of changes made to EM via Service Pack 4. While there is no requirement to upgrade it is recommended.
