SP2 won't network with SP1????

I'm trying to setup a network and one computer has SP2 on it with XP Home. I'm trying to connect to an XP home computer with SP1 which has a shared folder and the SP2 can't see the folder at all or any of the other computers on the network. They are all in the same workgroup, firewall is turned off... what to do?

UPDATE:
So I just networked a different computer that that SP2 onto this network... worked fine. What else could be stopping that other computer from connecting to that network drive and seeing the other computers??
