Source object for unbound subforms....

I have a form which I am populating with an ADO recordset on the load event of the form. Said form has a subform control. My question is: Do I set the source of the subform control and the link fields in the design view of the form or do I approach it from another direction? I would like to use ADO to set the subform up also.

Any help appreciated.
