source: ESE event ID: 467

a few of my users have emails they cannot delete. everytime they attempt to delete one of these emails they get an error stating "this item has already been moved or deleted" and the Exchange 2000 server (running W2k) generates an event ID 467 in the applog.
there is virtually no info out there about this problem.
apparently my Exchange database is corrupt. i have run isinteg /alltests and it "fixed" 231 problems.
i am condsidering running eseutil -r on priv1.edb, but i fear the loss of data.
any ideas?

this may be the cause of the problem

if you fear loss of data: stop exchange services and copy your priv.edb somewhere safe (or take backup ;-) )
