I have speakers & mic. connected to soundcard but the sound is not good.
I use thes for VOIP but also internetradio has the same problem.
The sound of mic. is too low at the receiving party's spekaers. The speakers sound is too high (internetradio, received voice when using voip).

The driver for the card is appropiate (Intel) and the configuration used too work fine before.

If im reading this the only problem your really having is your mics not loud enough. Adjust mic on the volume properties and if needed certain boards have a mic boost option that you can check to increase the mics power. Id check your actual sound card program and adjust the options on there as well as the volume properties.

I want to make sure I understand you right.

The problem is not the volume but the frequency of the sound. The mic's sound is played a little too slow, while the speaker's sound is played a little too fast.

How can volume setting solve this?

Ah I didnt get that, I was under the impression it was levels of volume not frequency. I would uninstall the sound card from device manager, then reinstall it. If that doesnt help run sfc/scannow from command prompt with your system disc in drive .
