Sound with Citrix 1

While visiting another department I noticed their employees logging on to a Citrix farm. Before the final screen appeared an audio message played i.e. "Welcome to our portal, have a nice day" I am not quoting exactly here, however I thought it was a great idea. Can anyone help me duplicate this? I currently publish two access database, a desktop and an excel file with Citrix FR-3
