I have made a button, with a rollover then I added a sound.
It all works for me ;-) however On the web I get an
IE Script error " an error has occurred in the script of this page." Thank you Jackie

Can you post the code or a link to the page?

I have had a look round your source and cant see anything wrong, but i can not load the sound file "/sounds/Latch.wav" into the browser either. Can you double check that you have uploaded the sounds folder

cheech,
Can you try it again for me. The file was uploaded however,
On my PC dreamweaver had a very small lock icon which had it in read only mode. The locked icon did not show on the ftp side. Anyway I uploaded the file again and made sure it wasn't read only. I'm not sure if this fixed the problem.
Thank you

No still no sound being played.

Your <MM_controlSound action is pointing at '/sounds/Latch.wav' is this definately where your sound file is located on your live server?

Cheech,
I found it finally, I went back like you mentioned to the code, the code was written '/sounds/Latch.wav' like you said.
The file was named LATCH.WAV
I never renamed the file I just took the same name off the CD. I knew you were correct I just didn't see it for a very long time.:)
Your so very wise.......
Thank you Jackie
