Sound Blaster 128 Gateway BA735 No Sound..

Hello,

I'm working on a Gateway PC that has a Sound Blaster PCI 128 card installed works fine with analog speakers, but when I try to use the Gateway Boston Acoustics BA-735 digital only speakers, I get no sound. When I go to the Volume Control then click on advanced, I cannot click on "Digital Output Only". These speakers worked on this PC before. The speakers work on a PC with a Live! card installed. I thought that there was a Creative program that comes with the Live! card that gives you th eoption to enable digital on a PCI 128 card. Any suggestions?

I have the same card and as far as I know it does not support digital output, I cannot find any settings in Control Panel Audio or in Device Manager to enable this nor did I get any software with the card except the basic drivers. I suggest you try the Creative web site for futher information. Help us to help you, please post back and tell us if this helped.
