I have SOS mode enabled for boot up so i don't see the XP boot up screen but is their a boot down SOS like mode for boot down? thanks.

I've never seen a power down screen. It can be dangerous in that the screen may go blank and you think it is ok to switch off the power but it is still powering down.

Nothing as detailed as the Bootup options as far as I know.
