I'm running DB2/UDB v 5.2 on AIX. I know we should have upgraded already, but thats not my call. Anyway, I when looking at the db snapshot monitor, I see sort overflows but none of the sorthead allocated. I can't figure out why none of the sort heap is being allocated. The sorthead parm is set to 5k and and the sort_heap_threshold is set to 20k. The temporary tablespace is in it's own bufferpool and I see a lot of hits there. Any ideas?
