Sorting problem in Outlook 2000

Hello All,

I run 98SE. With Outlook 2000 I am having this problem. When I want to send an email to a group of contacts I can get to the select names dialog box and I can show the list of contact names in a particular list to choose from. However that list is sorted by First name than Last name. How do I change that sort order in the select names dialog box to read Last Name first, than First Name?
