Hi,

I am trying to sort on an aggregate function in an Access Report. Basically, for a number of items I am trying to sort on by a =Count([Item]). How will I be able to do this.

Thanks.

I tried that as well in the Report properties Orderby =Count([SubConcernName]) but that isn't working either

Have you tried putting that expression in the Sorting and Grouping (from the menu bar).

It will not allow me to sort and group this
=Count([SubConcernName])
it is located in the footer.

I get the error, " Cannot have aggregate function in ORDER BY clause(Count([SubConcernName]).
