Hi there. I do normally post Crystal related questions but today I have to find out something about Jetforms (specifically Accelio Present Output Designer v5.4.1). I'm posting this in hopes someone could point me in the right direction. I searched this site to no avail.

We use JetForms.

Recently, we needed support, so I used our contact number.

I found out that Adobe purchased Accelio, and there are no more product upgrades available for it.

The "new name" for JetForms is "Accelio Present Classic Design".

The most recent number I have for the Adobe support of this is 613-233-2256.
