SORRY its VPN error 619 not 629

Hi,

I have 5 Compaq laptops with the same specifications all running Windows XP.
All laptops are configured with a VPN connection that connect to a Windows 2000 server.

The problem that I am having is that all but one of the laptops connect.
One laptop hangs as it tries to verify username and password displaying error 619.

I have installed service pack 1 on the laptop but this has made no difference.

Please can anyone give me some solutions to this problem.
