I swear I saw this topic on this board many times, but now they've all disappeared. How long are threads kept? Anyways, I'm still learning how our system works but I noticed alot of the secretaries have in-call-id type c group 11,23,53 etc.
Could anyone give me the 411 on how this works? and where I can find the group number? I know they answer calls for a bunch of people but whenever I go into display coverage answergroup 11 (example. If I'm ext 444, and I go intodisplay coverage answergroup 11 all I see is my own ext, 444.) So I"m confused on how this works. If anyone could offer help thanks.
