I have imported a windows media file int Sorenson to compress it; then I want to import that windows media file compression into Premiere to export all the feyframes, So I can then use it in Flash. But I can't figure out how to import the compressed file into Premiere. Does anyone know how to do this?

In not following.
Sorenson is a common video compression for Quicktime movies. I dont think it has a 'stand-alone" application that you can use.

As for the Windows Media fiel, its it a WMV or ASF/ASX file? or an AVI file?

premiere has a hard time handling these "native" windows formats, except for AVI files.

You would have to conver the wmv/asf/asx file to an AVI to then export out the key frames

Look into a program called VirtualDub (google).
