All,
We run an Exchange server behind our Cisco - all works good, secure and correct - except for one outfit called SORBS - a SPAM database used by some very big companies indeed. We can't get emails thru to people that use them. We've a fixed IP, which is correctly rDNS'd, and have submitted countless de-listing requests to them, but to no avail.

I'm curious - how many people out there have had the same problem with this outfit? And any advice how we get them to delist us given they appear to be on a stupid crusade and refuse to even answer complaints, or process de-lisitng requests properly. Who would we complain to?

Appreciated - and sorry if its slightly off topic but I'm thinking that if there's experience - this is the place to find it.

HAck into their database server and DoS...lol---or, report them to InterPOL and make something up...

Agreed - and I wish I knew how(!) - as these self righteous SORBS zealots need to be brought under control - many posts elsewhere indicate their them to be delivering an unacceptable of false positives - but more so - the seemingly "smart" corporates like Accenture that use their "service" need to get real - deserving a virtual poke in the eye using SORBS...
;-)

Out of curiosity, would this company not have an IP range you could block? If they use proxies, well, couldn't that be blacked also?
