Sopho D60 keyline system DLX-30 phone no ringing

When there is incoming call, the corresponding lamp on the phone DLX-30 is just flash but no ringing sound. The DND lamp on the phone is on. When is the possible cause ? Thx in advance

Problem is due to DND key is on. turn it off and problem is resolved
