Sonicwall NAT port forwarding problem

I have a problem to setup Sonicwall pro 2040, due to limited IP, I have used port forwarding feature to share the mail and remote terminal services. When I start run the remote terminal service, the service is up and run prefectly. But within 3 mintues, the terminal service is halted, I found there is no IP available (actually, I have used whatismyip to check it) for my session.
Then, I went to the Sonicwall 2040 to reset the service, the session come back again but stop again later.

Does anyone know what is the problem ?
