Song Playback

Well I just made a video in quicktime format it was fine and all and then I exported the timeline and whatever. Now its in .mov format and the song is kind of all distorted. Is it the settings? My audio settigns are :
Rate- 22050hz
Format- 16bit mono
Compressor- uncompressed
Interleave- 1 second
Help thanks..
