Sometimes getting multiple Lines in my report

I´m developping appilcations with vc++ and crystal reports 5.0 and I habe a simple report showing in the details sections the entries of an access-database. At some of our<br>customer locations they get with our application in the report all of the lines 3 times. When I transfer the database to our location it works well. I cannot immagine what kind of problem this could be.<br><br>Thanks for all tips

I had this a few months back and cannot remember how I got around it! When I remember I will post the solution. <br>You could look into the following:<br>Do your customers have the crystal reports designer installed on their PCs? If so then their local File/Options or File/Report-options settings could be overriding the settings you used when creating the report.
