Need some help here folks,

am running an exchange v5.5 (sp3) and am having a small problem, I am unable to send emails to 2 particular addresses (namely my boss and my bank) could any one please advise on where to search for the block as I am unable to find it.

sounds like your ISP's reverse DNS problem, go check with them, i know they won't admit it, there are some test you can do to show them.

cheers, could you please be a bit more specific...what tests??? (I'm affraid exchange is my weakpoint...)

call up your ISP up and have them check the reverse DNS on their UNIX DNS server

You can also go to and check your reverse DNS yourself, and then tell your ISP the exact issues.

The reporting and explanations from this site are very good.
(and free) check it out!
