I have just begin to learn asp not too long and have to change my company online ticketing system. Before, our clients go to the internet and submit their request, when the request gets submitted, technicians are assign to tickets and there is a field on the form where technician input the result and the time spent on a work. and at the end, the manager has to add the total time spent on a work manually.
The question is how can I create a form like continues form or datasheet like MS access. I cannot assign a certain number of fileds to eg. the narractive, time-in and time-out because one cannot determine the time a technician spend on a work.
Can anybody out please show me a link or give me an example to this, I do not know javascrip, it will because easy for me to do it in asp because of my MS access little knowledge.
