some users unable to login

We have two Citrix Metaframe XP servers with Service Relase 2 installed.

Some users on one of the Citrix servers get an error message as follows "The system cannot log you in (1F). Please see your system admin"

I have checked the Microsoft and Citrix KB's with no answer to my problem.

Has anyone else encountered this error and what was the resolution?
