Some problems. Network layer error

Hi~~
When we refresh report, we have network layer error.
we have IBM(AIX) and Sybase 12.5.
We made every effort, but we can't solve the problem.

Please tell me how to solve the problem.

Can you provide the exact Error Number and Message that BO provides???

This typically means that you don't have the Installation done correctly on your BCA server.

I had this Error Message in every morning, but sometimes I had no error.
In every morning, A lot of people connect to a server.

Whenever I had a error message, Sybase DB also put error.
In that time, I couldn't log on Sybase.

ct_send(): network packet layer: internal Client Library error: State error: trying to write when connection is expecting a read.
