We have a Windows Small Business Server 2003 and have a static IP with verizon DSL.
We also have an ISP called fatcow.com which is hosting our web site and forwarding the MX record to this static IP
Now with all that said,
I get a return message as follows with some of the emails that I send;
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
someEmail@someDomain.com on 10/29/2004 11:49 AM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<myDomain.com #5.5.0 smtp;550 rejected because of RBL:
I know it is a reverse DNS issue but what I don't know is how to resolve it?
