Some data may not be restored

Help,

One of the hard drives on our file server crashed last week which meant that we had to reformat it and try a full restore of the entire server. The problem is that when we try and restore from the back up tapes (DLT IV) we get the error message of:

"Warning: The restore destination device does not support some file system features of the original device. Some data may not be restored as a result."

I have searched the web from top to bottom but the only information I can find (Q245044) is saying to make sure that the partition is in NTFS format which it already is. I am really stuck and would appreciate any help whatsoever. Many thanks in advance.
