Hi All,

We have a dedicated line of 128 Kbps and also we had applied bandwidth policy as shown below :

policy-map RouterAtoB
class VoIP
priority 32
class ApplicationA
bandwidth 48
class SMTP-POP
bandwidth 16
class class-default
fair-queue

The question is why i can't change bandidth 48 to bandwidth 64 on class ApplicationA ? Is that because of 75% rule ? How do i overcome this problem ?.
Thanks in advance.

under your interface

use the command 'max-reserved-bandwidth'

you can adjust that so you can have more bandwidth to split among the policy map

Hi BuckWeet, is that any disadvantages / any kind of side-effects that will happen if i apply that command ?
