Some accounts greyd out in W2K Active Directory

Hi,

recently I have been having a problem when trying to unlock some accounts, all the options in the Account tab are grey'd out, this only seems to affect a small number of users and they appear to have either the same level of admin rights as myself of higher, any ideas what could have caused this.
