how come when you, i mean I,
delete the Solitaire file, sol.exe

permanently, shift + del

and then refresh, its there again ????

Probably, you are not the owner of the file : missing permission.

Your best bet of getting rid of it is to go in to "Add or Remove Programs" select "Windows Components" then "Accessories and utilites" and deselect games Sketch[lightsaber]
"Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines"

Windows file protection is kicking in!
Try changing permissions on sol.exe to prevent users from executing the file.
